Fava Bean Fetat

Ingredients:
· ¼ kilo fava bean (no skin)
· 1 kilo meat (beef or lamb) or beef jerky
· 1 cup tomato sauce
· 1 medium onion
· 1 spoon salsa
· 4 or 5 garlic cloves
· Fish cumin
· Salt (depends on how much you like)
· Turmeric
· Red peppers (or green papers) (depends on how much you like)
· Barley or corn bread
· Gee
Directions:
· Boil the beans in water over low heat


· Cut the meat into small pieces, peel the onion and brown the two in gee or olive oil
· Add to the meat and onion the following: tomato sauce, salt, turmeric, and paper
· Crush the garlic add it with the cumin to the meat and let cook till the meat is ready
· Add to the meat the fava beans (with it's water) and let it cook for 10 minutes
· Cut the bread into a very small pieces in big bowl and pour the meat & beans stew over it
· Spread a spoon of gee on the top and serve.
