Grilled meat Couscous

Ingredients:
· 1 kilo meat (lamp or beef)
· ½ kilo onions
· ¼ kilo garbanzo beans (humus) in water (not dry)
· 3 spoons ghee
· Salt
· 1 small spoon Red pepper
· 1 small spoon Turmeric
· 1 small spoon all spice
· ½ small spoon black pepper
· ½ small spoon cloves
· 3 table spoons tomato paste
· ½ kilo ready to cook Couscous (available in supermarkets)
Directions:
* Cut the meat into medium size pieces and grill it with ghee or olive oil till it's brown
* Cut and add 1 onion (only), and add 1 spoon (only) tomato paste, salt, black pepper and cook for 3 to 4 minutes
* Add 3 cups of warm water to the meat and cook for 15 minutes
* Peel and cut the rest of the onions and cook with ghee or olive oil till the onions turn slightly yellow, then add to the onions the rest of the tomato paste and cook for 3 minutes
* Add the meat to the onions and tomato paste and let it cook on a low heat till the meat is fully cooked (45 minutes to 1 hour)
Prepare the Couscous by following the directions on the box and when it's ready add the grilled meat stew on top of the Couscous and flavor it with a spoon of ghee and serve.
