Haraimi (Spicy fish)

Ingredients:
· 4 to 6 pieces of fish
· 1 crushed garlic
· ½ spoon fish cumin
· 1 spoon chili powder
· ½ small can tomato paste
· ½ large can of tomato juice
· 1 chopped onion
· 1 lemon juice
· 3 table spoons olive oil
· ½ spoon salt
· 1 cup of water
Directions:
1- Mix the ½ crushed garlic, fish cumin,
salt and the lemon together and marinate the pieces of fish in the
mix for a few minutes.
2- Brown the onion and the other ½ of the crushed garlic
in the olive oil
3- Add the tomato paste, the tomato juice, fish cumin and salt and
cook for 8 to 10 minutes
4- Add the pieces of marinated fish to the sauce and cook on a low
heat for 10 to 15 minutes, or till the fish is cooked, but not over
cooked.
5- Serve the fish on a separate plate from sauce so the fish stays
intact
6- Garnish with cilantro, slices of lemons and serve. Enjoy
