Honey
baked apples

Ingredients:
6 apples
1 cup honey
1-cup sugar
2 cups water
Red coloring
2 cups of thick pasty cream such as cream cheese
Red cherries
Directions:
1- Peel the apples and carefully remove the inside (do not break
the apples)
2- Dissolve the sugar into the water and add the red coloring to
it then pour the mix over the apples in a cooking pan
3- Cook the apples in the sugar mix and from time to time turn the
apples gently without breaking them till they are cooked but not
over cooked
4- Gently take the apples out of the pan and put each one in a glass
cup (such as ice cream serving cups) and let it cool off (save the
cooking syrup in the pan for later)
5- Mix the cream cheese well then use it to stuff each apple
6- Mount a cherry on the center top of the cream cheese of each
apple and put in the refrigerator till they cool off
Add a spoon of honey and a little of the cooking syrup on the top
of each apple and serve
