Imthawoma

Ingredients:
· 1 kilo small potatoes
· 2 table spoons olive oil or ghee
· 3 cloves garlic
· 1 small spoon fish cumin
· 1 small spoon red pepper
· Half small spoon turmeric
· 1 large spoon tomato paste
Directions:
· Wash the potatoes and peel (do not cut the potatoes) then add to a boiling water till potatoes almost cooked
· Crush the garlic and mix it with cumin, salt, red pepper and brown the garlic mix in olive oil or ghee
· Add to the garlic mix, the tomato paste and turmeric and a little water then cook for 3 to 5 minutes
· Add to the mix the (almost cooked) potatoes (uncut) and cook till the potatoes fully cooked (with a fork check one potato to make sure it's cooked inside.
· Pour the imthawoma into dishes and serve
