The Academy of Graduate
Studies is located in Janzour. Graduate courses for many different
areas of study are offered there. It contains several computer
labs. The main lab is a state of the art lab that is very impressive.
About two months ago, the US State Dept sent representatives
to look at Libyan schools. When they visited the Academy, they
were very impressed with the facilities. Here are some images
of the academy campus and other images represent artwork that
has been done by the students. The grounds of the Academy are
kept 'spic and span' - it is beautifully landscaped. Currently
there are two new buildings being built - one will house the
Academy's center for ESOL (English as a second language).
