Rice
Pudding

Ingredients:
· 2 cups regular milk
· 4 spoons ground rice
· 5 spoons sugar
· 4 cups water
· 1 tea spoon rose water
· 1 cup roasted almonds (garnish)
Directions:
· Mix the milk, water and the sugar and begin to heat the
mix till it begins to boil
· Mix the ground rice with a little water & add to the
boiling milk with continues mixing till the whole mix begins to
thicken.
· Add rose water and mix then remove from the heat.
· Scoop with a spoon into either serving cups or small bowls,
and garnish with the roasted almonds
· Cool the rice pudding in the refrigerator and serve.
NOTE: Some prefer sprinkling a dash of cinnamon and eating it hot.
